Directly on the beautiful Laaxersee is the cozy 3.5 room parterre apartment, only 5 minutes walk from the village center, the shops and the free local bus. The bright apartment offers 60sqm space for a maximum of 6 guests and convinces among other things with a garden terrace and the panoramic view to the south.


In the apartment there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a bunk bed for two people each. Another two people can be accommodated with the comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room. 
The family bathroom is equipped with a bathtub-shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer/hair dryer. 
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a blender, raclette, as well as cheese fondue and chinoise fondue set, toaster, kettle, microwave and a Tassimo coffee machine. The capsules for the coffee machine are available at Volg, Coop and Denner.
A TV with DVD player and a stereo system are available for free use. The sauna and the laundry room are located in the basement of the house and can be used for a small fee (sauna: 2 - 4 CHF, washing machine: 1 - 1.50 CHF).

Description

With the guest card, which will be given to you on site, you will receive all discounts in the whole destination, such as on the entrance to the indoor swimming pool, which is located directly next to the apartment.
In winter, with good snow conditions, the valley descent is possible up to the house. The ski equipment can be stored in the heated ski room.
The parking space to the apartment is located in the underground garage, which measures a height of 2.02m. In addition, the visitor parking spaces can be used if available.
There is no elevator in the house, but this should not be a problem as the apartment is located on the first floor.

Conditions/extras

Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.
Dogs are allowed in this apartment on request and 20CHF/night will be added to the total bill.
