In the apartment you find a great collection of books, DVD's and board games. There is a well and fully equiped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and lots of cooking utensils. There is a separate utility area in the apartment and a boot and ski storage room are locatet in the basement. Access to a sauna and steam room is available in the neighbouring apartment house.
In the house you will also find washing machine and tumble dryer (for free shared use). Use of the internet, heating, water, etc. is included in the total costs. Bed linen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes is included in the final price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: There is only one parking slot available in the garage, no other parking available at the house. All extra cars must be parked at public parking (Stenna Parking or Vallorca longterm parking offer of the Flims council).
