The Primavera B21 holiday flat has recently been completely renovated and impresses with a new, modern interior and an east-facing balcony.
The bedroom has a high-quality box-spring bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. Another sleeping option is offered by the sofa in the living room, which can be easily and quickly pulled out into a comfortable bed in just two steps.
The beautiful bathroom has a floor-level shower, a sink and a toilet, as well as plenty of storage space and hangers for your personal bathroom items.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator, oven with microwave, induction hob and a dishwasher. Also in the kitchen you will find a complete set for four people, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, raclette set as well as a fondue set.
A Smart-TV with Blu-Ray player and various film selections for young and old, as well as WLAN are available for free use. With the Sonos lamp in the bedroom, as well as in the living room, your personal music can be played via smartphone or tablet.

Description

The beautiful holiday flat at the beginning of Flims offers everything you need to feel good. On the balcony you can watch the sunrise early in the morning, because there are four chairs and a table waiting for the guests. In addition, we are happy to provide you with a start-up set for your well-being. This includes 1 bottle of water, approx. 10 tea bags, approx. 10 coffee capsules, sugar, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar, 2 fee waste bags, dishwashing detergent with brush and cloth as well as toilet paper. There are hoovers and cleaning products stored in the wardrobe and cleaning cupboard, if you need to use these, you are welcome to do so. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, also for free use.
On the ground floor you will find a ski or bike room. This can be reached directly from the staircase or the underground car park.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, which can be used for a fee.

With the free local bus you can reach the mountain railways and the shopping centre "Stenna" in a few minutes. 
The car can be parked in the underground car park, just like the bikes (2 bicycle parking spaces).

Unfortunately, smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this flat.

Conditions/extras

Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.

The hosts wish the following rules to be observed before departure:
  • The flat must be swept clean
  • Dispose of rubbish in the container at the upper garage entrance
