The house is located in a quiet residential area in Laax Murschetg, less than 1km from the Rocksresort and the valley station. It is a cozy house in the original Graubündner style. In summer it is a direct starting starting point for hikes to explore the breathtaking Grisons nature, the mountains or the surrounding lakes. In winter Laax is the destination for all ski and snowboard fans and for piste-goers - for everybody who wants to explore the unique winter landscape of Graubünden.
On the ground floor of house 1 is the living room with dining area and fireplace and the well equipped kitchen. On the first floor of house 1 is a very spacious room with a double bed and balcony, a smaller room with two single beds and room 3 with a bunk bed and a vanity, a bath room with bath tub and toilet, and a separate toilet. In the basement is the spacious room 4 with a double bed (Grand Lit), a shower with toilet and a laundry room.
For a short trip of three days we recommend house 3.
