3.5 room apartment (4 beds), 68qm, category 4 **** (lovingly renovated) in an apartment house. Beautiful, sunny and quiet. The house is located in Laax Murschetg with direct views of the beautiful mountains and in the immediate vicinity of the cable cars. The few meters to the valley station can be reached in about 3 minutes. From here you have access to the whole Flims / Laax / Falera ski area. For hikers start long and short hikes right outside the front door and run into the magnificent mountain scenery and idyllic lakes landscapes over. In the garage there are two parking spaces reserved for our guests. With the elevator you come directly to the apartment. In the basement is a heated ski storage room, where ski equipment and ski or hiking boots can be dried. Washer and dryer (Tumbler) are available on request. The holiday home has two balconies which offer sun and relaxation from morning to evening. The 68 square meters are divided into an open kitchen, dining and living area and two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with sink, toilet and shower or bath. Hair dryer, and a scale are available. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The superbly equipped kitchen has electric appliances such as Cooker with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, spacious, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and egg cooker. For a cozy evening are an electric fondue set and a raclette available. The living and dining area is bright and friendly and has a large flat screen TV with cable channels, Blu-Ray player, stereo, telephone and WiFi. Upon arrival, the beds are already bedded, as well as towels and kitchen towels placed ready. Bedding (CHF 22.50 per person) and final cleaning (CHF 115.00) are included in the total price. Non smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
