TOURS & YOGA DAYS FLIMS - FOR WOMEN ONLY

Description

Discover the backcountry of Flims for three days with a mountain guide. Whether splitboard or touring skis. In the cosy accommodation Segneshütte at 2100 metres above sea level, yoga is practised daily with Senta. There are tours with around 1000 metres of altitude in the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona.

The offer also includes a day pass, so that a tour with the support of the cable cars is possible on the first day. A federally certified mountain guide from the Grischa Mountain Sports School leads the tours. Yoga is offered by Senta, a teacher and patroller trained in Hatha and Yin Yoga.

The offer is exclusively for women.
