This traditionally furnished 3.5-room holiday flat is located in the centre of the village of Flims, only a 5-minute walk from the cable cars and the "Stenna" shopping centre. The flat offers 105m2 of space for 5 guests. It has a bright living room with a beautiful view and a spacious balcony, a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed.
In the family bathroom there is a shower, a bathtub and a double washbasin. In the small bathroom there is a separate WC with washbasin. 
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and many other kitchen utensils. A TV, DVD player, radio and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

Description

The flat has a ground-level entrance. Your parking space is directly in front of the house and is equipped with a charging station for electric cars. Please let us know if you would like to use the charging station. There is a cot in the flat (on request). Garden furniture is available for use on the large south-facing balcony. There is also access to the large garden. In the cellar there is a heated ski room, which you are welcome to use.

Conditions/extras

Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the total price, also one set of terry linen per person. The tourist tax is paid by the landlord.
