The flat is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via the stairs, as well as by lift from the ground floor or the underground car park. A parking space in the underground garage belongs to the flat and is included in the price.
In the house there is a ski and snowboard room as well as a sports shop with bike, climbing equipment, ski and snowboard rental. 

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for use in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass ceramic cooker, an oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, as well as a racelette oven and a fondue set. 
On the south-facing balcony there is a table with two chairs.

Unfortunately, smoking and bringing pets is not allowed in this apartment.
