The beautiful 3.5 room rooftop flat is located directly above Lake Laax and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The modern holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 guests on 75m2. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate shower with toilet can be found in the flat. 
The spacious kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay; glass ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher and many other kitchen utensils. For entertainment, a TV and WLAN are available for use or the breathtaking view from the balcony of the flat.

Description

In the summer of 2013 built 3 bedroom penthouse apartment, 75 square meters (4 beds) in a two-family house. The house is situated above the Laaxersee with beautiful views. In 2 minutes walk you reach the bus stop. The children's ski lift, the Laaxersee and Laaxer indoor pool are 1 minute away by foot from the apartment. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds for 4 people. In a bedroom is a double bed, the other two single beds.

From mid-September until the end of November 2023, access to the apartment will be somewhat difficult as district heating pipes are being laid. Please contact the owners before arrival regarding the parking space, which is located slightly below the property.

Conditions/extras

Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.
