Welcome to the Casa Uletsch holiday apartment, a modern apartment with two batrooms, one with steam cabin and a big terrace with great views. In walking distance (one busstop with the free skibus) from Laax Station, with several restaurants close by, so you do not need your car while you're here. The cooppronto is only 1 minute from our apartment, and offers all you need including fresh bread, between 6 am and 10 pm. The apartment is luxurious, modern and new, and with a terrace of almost 60m2 offers great views on the mountains.

 

You have your own 2 parking spaces in the underground garage, free of charge, 2.00m height. And if you like to walk, just start outside our apartment and within 1 minute you are alone in the woods between Laax, Flims and Salums.

Description

The spacious maisonette flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the mountain railways in Laax. If you still want to take the bus to the valley station, you are welcome to use the free local bus, which takes you to Murschetg in 2 minutes.
To enjoy the sunny days/evenings, the beautiful holiday flat offers a large roof terrace with barbecue and top view towards south-southwest.
There are 2 parking spaces reserved for the flat in the underground garage. Winter sports equipment can be stored in the lockable room in the basement. On request, you are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in the house.

Unfortunately, smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this flat.

Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of towels per person are included in the total price, as well as the visitor's tax. 
Intermediate cleaning is possible and will be charged at an hourly rate of 50CHF 
Bed linen can be changed during your stay at the following rates
