The sun-flooded flat is located on the south slope of Flims Dorf. The ski path to and from the slopes is 20 m next to the underground garage. In 10 minutes you can reach the village centre and in 2 minutes the bus stop for the free local bus. The stylishly furnished flat offers 85 sqm of space for 4 guests. It has a large, light-flooded living room with a beautiful panoramic view and terrace. There is a double bed (180cm) in each of the two bedrooms, both of which have direct access to their own bathroom. The luxuriously equipped bathrooms convince with rain shower, washbasin and toilet.

Description

The car can be left in the underground car park free of charge on the day of arrival or departure. There is enough space for bikes, sledges and skis. An additional parking space can be rented on request for CHF 10.00/day. 
In the large storage room (integrated in the flat) there is a freezer and a microwave. It also has enough space for ski boots, ski clothes, suitcases etc. The flat has controlled ventilation, underfloor heating and a ski boot dryer.
A spacious upholstered suite with a coffee table, a flat screen TV with cable connection and DVD player as well as a cupboard with games and DVDs are at the guests' disposal. WLAN can be used free of charge throughout the flat with a good signal.
In an additional cellar you will find the washing machine and the tumble dryer (also used by the flat above). The laundry can be dried in the storage room. 
On the large, covered terrace there are two deckchairs and 4 chairs with table ready for you. You will also find a gas barbecue in the spacious garden. 
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Conditions/extras

On request, additional 2 children can sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch or a baby in the baby crib. 

Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, as well as kitchen towels and the visitor's tax.
