The apartment features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable
double beds for restful nights, as well as a bright living/dining area.
There is a fold-out bed in the living room for a 5th person (additional charge

A modern bathroom with a bathtub offers ample privacy for all guests.
The well-equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by built-in
cabinets and includes: an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer
compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso); a drip coffee
maker, an Italian cafeteria, an electric raclette set, and an electric fondue
set (cheese) – perfect for cheerful evenings.

(max. 2.0 m height incl. roof box) ensures an easy arrival. Upon request, this parking space is available until 3 p.m. on the day of your departure so that you can enjoy one full day of skiing on the slopes.
After an active day, relax in the nearby indoor swimming pool which is
accessible to guest from the residential complex only.
The sauna next door can be used once a week.
Free Wi-Fi and digital TV provide entertainment, while
freshly made beds and included hand, bath and kitchen towels ensure you feel
comfortable from the moment of your arrival.
A washing machine and dryer (coins, no detergent provided) are available in the basement of the building.
An unheated storage room in the basement is available for winter sports equipment.
Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed, which contributes to a pleasant and
quiet atmosphere.
